PRODIR - Responsible Distribution Process
The process was developed by ASSOCIQUIM (Brazilian Association of Distributors of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) and its affiliates, for the deployment of a system that requires an evolutionary approach with the same level of importance in matters of health, safety and environment.
It is vital that the distribution of chemicals is made of ethical and responsible manner, so there was a need to adopt a process that incorporates not only the operational aspects but also the policy, management and commitment to a program of continuous improvement. In this regard created a committee that has adapted to Brazilian conditions, the Codes of Practice Management of the Responsible Distribution Process (prod), already deployed in the United States since July 1992.
With this concern in Buschle & Lepper became the 1st company in the state of Santa Catarina to earn the Certified Company Prodi, and under national and the 15th, on 06/12/2004. So the company demonstrates that seeks the achievement of its business, targeting the health and safety of its employees as well as the preservation of the environment.
SASSMAQ - System Assessment of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
On August 24, 2005, the Buschle & Lepper won approval in SASSMAQ - System Assessment of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality, the certifying body SGS do Brasil Ltda.
This evaluation is to select companies that have implemented actions that meet the required questions, with the goal of gradual and continuous reduction of the risks involved in the operations of handling, storage, transportation and distribution of chemicals.
This important certification emphasizes the organization of our transport sector, demonstrates the approval of the quality system, highlights the concern of Buschle & Lepper to provide health and safety to all its employees, still protecting the environment and community.
