LABORATORIES

Buschle & Lepper operates with a considerable number of suppliers and that guarantees us a large amount and availability of products. The Joinville Branch maintains a central laboratory where are carried out analysis and testing, by its technical team, based on validated methodologies, ensuring the quality control of products for sale.

It also maintains relationships and partnerships with private laboratories, universities and official bodies in order to check analytical results within the requirements of quality control for those items that are not made in the laboratories of the company.

MAGNESIUM

The Office of Quality of Magnesium Division manages all activities related to the development processes and products, ensuring that products are manufactured within the specifications and quality standards established and required. Therefore, this unit includes the areas of security, control, research and development, undertaking the careful analysis of the recorded data of processes and products.

Quality control is performed by chemical, physical and microbiological testing in the company laboratory, which rely on qualified and trained team, who conduct the testing set for evaluation of the different stages of the manufacturing process. The area of research and development aimed at improving processes and products, focused to meet the new expectations and needs of the customers.

More than 50 types of analytical tests are performed during the entire production process and in final products. These methods have as reference pharmacopoeias the American, British, European, Brazilian and the American Chemical Society, ACS and American Society for Testing and Materials, ASTM.
