LABORATORIES

Buschle & Lepper operates with a considerable number of suppliers what assure him a large amount and availability of products. The Joinville Branch maintains a central laboratory where run analysis and tests, by its technical team, based on validated methodologies, ensuring the quality control for the products to be market.

Also maintains agreements and partnerships with private laboratories, universities and official bodies aiming to search for analytical results within the requirements of quality control for those items that are not run in the laboratories of the Company.

MAGNESIUM

The Quality Department of the Magnesium Division Plant manages all activities related to the development in processes and products, ensuring that the products are manufactured within the specifications and quality standards established and required. Therefore, this unit includes the areas of guarantee, control, research and development, being responsible for the criterious analysis about the registered data of processes and products.

The Quality control is performed by chemical, physical and microbiological laboratories in the company, which have an qualified and trained team, who run the tests for evaluation of the different stages of the manufacturing process. The Research and Development Area aims the continuous improvement on the processes and products, focused to meet the new expectations and needs from the customers.

More than 50 types of analytical tests are run during all the production process and on final products. These methods have as reference the American, British, European and Brazilian pharmacopoeias, as well as the American Chemical Society, ACS and American Society for Testing and Materials - ASTM.
