Training & Development laying

The Buschle Lepper & S / A believes in the potential of its employees as it is based on the fact that people make the difference for business. Investment in training is meant to develop the professional potential of each in order to contribute to the good performance and relationships with customers, with a broader view about the needs of the market.

Shares of training are directed according to the needs of each function, both to prepare professionals for new activities and to improve the existing methods. Due to the nature of the activities performed by employees, the company also invests in training and retraining of training that are mandatory for drivers and helpers of drivers.
